Shipping Terms
- We are proud in our shipping service: we offer you FREE SHIPPING for ALL ORDERS WITHIN THE USA!
- We dispatch your order in the same day that the order is made and up to 24 hours.
- You will get an email notification once the order has fulfilled with a tracking number.
- All orders will be paid using debit or credit card, PayPal while checking out.
- We'll ship your orders with USPS or UPS carriers.
- Delivery time estimates for each state. These time periods range between 2 and 5 working days, depending on the state where the package has to be delivered. (95% of the parcels inside USA arrives up to 3 business days)
- For special deliveries, when the customer wishes faster delivery, the extra charges will be covered by the customer.
- We are not responsible for errors made by the customer when providing shipping information.
- We are not responsible for delays in delivery time or extra fees that other countries might apply.
Causes for not shipping an order:
- You will be notified of the reason why your order has not been shipped, by e-mail or telephone.
- If your credit card was not approved.
- If the product is not available.
- If the address provided by the customer does not exist, or it is not valid.
Cancellation of an order:
- You will be able to cancel, or change, an order at any time by e-mail (info@bonitabella.com) or telephone, as long as the product has not been shipped yet. Once the product has been shipped, no changes or order cancelations are possible.
